Yan Art Museum Officially Partners with Tate International to Launch a New Chapter of Taihang Mountains and Global Art Fusion
In the spring, TEIDE INTERNATIONAL ART welcomes a key new partner: Yan Art Museum, located in Zhangshiyang Scenic Area of Zanhuang County, Hebei Province, has officially signed an agreement.

A solemn and brief plaque-awarding ceremony was held at the Zanhuang County Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Sports, and Tourism. Hou Kun, head of the bureau; representatives from the Yan Art Museum operations team; and Xu Hang, China General Manager of Ted International Education Group, attended to witness this significant moment.
This partnership marks a deep fusion of Spain's artistic heritage with the natural aesthetic landmark "grown" from the heart of the Taihang Mountains, jointly exploring infinite possibilities for connecting China's county-level cultural tourism with international art resources.

The Yan Art Museum is located at the entrance of Nine Women Peak in Zhangshiyang Scenic Area, Zanhuang County, Shijiazhuang City. This unique building blends seamlessly with the mountain and has become a new landmark for cultural and tourism integration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Spanning approximately 3000 square meters, the building's design draws inspiration from the rock formations of Taihang Mountain. Its exterior colors blend seamlessly with the red cliffs of Zhangshiyan. Inside, the most striking feature is a cantilevered wooden beam stretching 43 meters across the exhibition hall, creating a new record for Chinese timber architecture. The floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall on the north side acts as a natural frame, bringing the four seasons of Taihang Mountain directly into the gallery and delivering an immersive experience where visitors feel both inside the building and within nature.
Humanistic Gene
The Yan Art Museum was initiated by an artist team from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, aligning with Zanhuang County's strategy to deeply integrate culture and tourism.
Since opening in 2025 4, the inaugural exhibition, "Becoming – An Invitation to Contemporary Chinese Art," has showcased works by renowned artists from prestigious institutions such as the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Tsinghua University's School of Arts. Beyond high-quality exhibitions, the museum adopts the operational philosophy of Pioneer Books, creating a multifunctional leisure space that combines art viewing, reading, coffee, and cultural products. This allows visitors to not only admire the scenic Danyan and Bilings but also enjoy a tranquil moment immersed in art.
